①现在“七年之痒”已成为感情变化的专用描述,也成为许多人失恋疗伤金句。他们这样解释七年之痒的理论:人体细胞新陈代谢,每三个月会替换一次,随着旧细胞的死去,新细胞则诞生。由于不同细胞代谢时间和间隔的不同,将一身细胞全部换掉,需要七年。也就是说,在生理上,我们每七年就是另外一个人。
②细胞真的也有“七年之痒”吗?我们的感情变化与细胞的新陈代谢有关吗?
③人体一共有40万亿―60万亿个细胞,我们需要通过细胞的新陈代谢活动提供能量,在这个过程中,不断有细胞衰亡,也不断有新的细胞出现。从细胞结构和功能方面来说,新细胞与衰亡的细胞是一样的,因此并不会对人体有大的影响。因此,细胞的正常代谢,不会让你变成一个不同的人。
④细胞代谢的确有一个周期,但不是所有细胞都按照同一个周期来更新。比如,皮肤上皮细胞的更新周期为28天,味蕾上的味觉细胞10天到2周更新一次,胃黏膜上皮细胞的更新是6天,肠黏膜细胞更新周期只需3天……还有些更换周期很长的细胞,比如心肌细胞,瑞典科学家20XX年证明心肌细胞以每年1%的比率更新,年龄越大更新越少。有的大脑细胞是从不更新的,比如中枢神经细胞,自人出生之日就已设定好,无法增加也无法更新,年纪大后中枢神经细胞还会减少。中枢神经细胞的不变,也正是我们的记忆能长久不变的原因。
⑤这只是部分细胞的新陈代谢周期,而且多为估算值,没那么精确。因为人体的细胞种类太多,每种.种类的细胞数量也很大,情况复杂,比如,同一器官不同位置的细胞寿命不同,各人健康状况不同,细胞更新速度也会不同。
⑥因此,“细胞每三个月替换一次”的说法也是不正确的,全身细胞七年一换的理论,是没有证据可以支持的。
⑦让人产生“今非昔比”、“物是人非”感受的,并非细胞的新陈代谢,而是大脑中神经细胞的突触连接――突触连接的数目和连接强度决定了我们的感官思维记忆,也决定了我们对新信息的接收、保存能力。大脑里有10的11次方个神经细胞,它们之间彼此通讯,形成100万亿个突触。神经细胞相互作用形成神经细胞集群,这些集群则构成大脑的不同区域,控制人的行为。虽然神经细胞无法或很难再生,但突触之间的连接能力是可以改变的。如果你觉得你比几年前有了思维、记忆方面的变化,那是与你的日常用脑习惯有关。
⑧“七年之痒”,也与多巴胺的分泌有关。多巴胺是下丘脑和脑垂体中的一种关键神经递质,能直接影响人的情绪。爱情能催生多巴胺的分泌,让人感到愉悦,并认为是对方带来的幸福感。但它并不能一直维持,当大脑感到疲累时,多巴胺分泌减少或消失,人们就会从爱情的美梦中醒过来,进而否定感情,寻找新的“刺激”。
⑨“七年之痒”,与基因还有关系。加州大学伯克利分校和美国西北大学的合作研究显示,基因通过影响个人对情感氛围的敏感度,影响个人的婚姻满意。
